Built and scaled ISS Finland's RPA and IoT capability from scratch.

Within this year I started to renew most of the IT-infrastructure in the alarmcenter. I continued this project after my promotion to a Service Manager.

• Project contained renewals of alarm receiving and dispatching system, cctv-systems, callcenter-system and several smaller components within this larger picture.
• Non-technical element of the renewal consisted new roster-planning matrix, upskill and cross-skill training curriculums, functional rotation of tasks, seniority- and mentoring-programs
